Standard Shipping - Flat Rate $5.95 No extra fee for Rural
Standard Shipping deliveries is up to 3 working days to Urban addresses and up to 5 working days to Rural addresses. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Overnight Express Shipping - Flat Rate $9.95
Overnight Express Shipping orders are processed the same day if ordered before 7 am weekdays. Express Shipping deliveries to an urban address are overnight within New Zealand. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for large parcels to the South Island or for Rural Deliveries. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Returns & Exchange

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition and packaging within 28 days of date of order and we will replace or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Unfortunately postage is not refundable.
